What do I need to prepare for my salon service?

You don't need to do anything. We bring all the supplies and tools to you. All you need to bring is yourself and a big smile!

My Loved one is unable to get out of bed, can you still provide your services?

Absolutely! We have a professionally trained staff that specializes in adapting the the individual needs of our clients.

How can I make sure I/ my loved one will be safe?

Our customers' safety and satisfaction are our #1 priorities. As a result, all of our staff is certified, bonded, and insured. In addition, all of our employees undergo a detailed criminal background check before being hired.

New Customers

All new customers are required to have a credit or debit card on file before their first service can be conducted in case of last minute cancellation or failure to pay for the service. 

Do You Have a Cancellation policy?

Yes. Unlike many beauty salons who are able to double book appointments in case of cancellation, we cannot. Since we are a company that specializes in offering clients convenience by coming to them, we require our clients to give us AT LEAST 24 HOURS NOTICE if they need to cancel an appointment for any reason. Failure to do so will result in an automatic $20.00 service charge to their credit/debit card or on account to be paid the following visit.


How does your Loyalty Rewards Program work?

You can quickly and easily gather Loyalty rewards points by collecting 1 point for every $2.50 you spend by booking appointments as well as purchasing a variety of our retail products.

How many points do I need to get a discount?

Loyalty reward discounts are as follows:

- Once loyalty reward points are converted into a discount, that amount of points are deducted from the total balance of points associated with your account.


Can I use my rewards discount points toward a service from which I just acquired them? 

No, all points awarded during the present service are not eligible to be put towards a discount until the next scheduled service or product purchase.
